5. Ask as many questions as you like, we’re glad to help.
6. A dedicated COMPASS travel consultant will get in touch with you and answer all your questions, explaining the suggestions and taking into account your requests & needs.
7. A sample plan would be worked out and from there on, hotels & highlights would be added to give it the form of a “custom – designed” plan.
8. Once your travel dates are final and you book international flights we would confirm the tour.
9. All hotels are guaranteed by COMPASS once the tour is confirmed by you.
10. We finalize the small things that make big difference. To talk about a few of those “small things” – any medical allergies, your reading habits, personal likes and dislikes, packing essentials, insurances, inoculations etc.

BIRTH OF AN IDEA:

Compass India Inc. was founded by me in August 2000. I wanted to help individual and independent travelers see India in an unobtrusive and leisurely way for the right price.

A little more than ten years later it is a 5 million dollar COMPASS GROUP. We still handle independent tours and I still design and help our consultants plan holidays for our valued guests. Travelers using our services still go back happy and 35 % of our business is repeat and referral which makes us work even harder. The birth of the idea to start a travel company came about due to my own travel experiences and vexations. I realized that everyone had the right to travel their way at their pace. Thus, circa 2000, Compass was founded with a handful of young travel enthusiasts. We shared a common passion, TRAVEL. We also realized we loved a little pampering. Blame it on our imperial blood.

The feedback of 5000 discerning travelers (our clients) thereafter, served as fodder and helped the tiny sprout to grow into a large tree. This tree, in its own eclectic manner, has something to offer for every individual. Instead of resting in its own shade, the tree decided to spread its roots and branches to the neighboring gardens. Yes, we included Bhutan, Nepal & Sri Lanka into our itineraries.
